We are currently looking into a way to directly submit paperwork to us. In the mean time, any paperwork that needs to be sent in can be either delivered in person or sent in via Email. Email Instructions below:
Step 1: Compose a new email to LJStaxescc@gmail.com.
Step 2: Make the subject your full name, followed by the word Paperwork.
(ex: John Smith Paperwork)
Step 3: Attach any documents you wish to submit, and make sure they are named appropriately.(ex: your Organizer should look something like this: Organizer.pdf)
